Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

Job Summary:

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) works collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. They are responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients, as well as prescribing medication and developing treatment plans. The APP also educates patients on their conditions and promotes healthy lifestyle choices.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments

2. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses

3. Prescribe medication and order diagnostic tests

4. Develop and implement treatment plans

5. Educate patients on their conditions and treatment options

6. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

7. Provide leadership and support to nursing staff

8. Maintain accurate medical records

9. Stay current on advances in healthcare practices

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies

2. Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

3. Certification as an Advanced Practice Provider

4. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Proficiency in electronic medical records systems

8. Commitment to continuing education and professional development
