Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team in providing support and care to adults struggling with behavioral health issues. As a social worker in our adult behavioral health program, you will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, coordinating services, and advocating for the well-being of our clients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' behavioral health needs
2. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families
3. Provide individual and group therapy to adults with behavioral health challenges
4. Coordinate services and resources to support clients in achieving their treatment goals
5. Advocate for clients in navigating the healthcare system and accessing needed services
6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care for clients
7. Monitor and evaluate clients' progress in treatment and adjust treatment plans as needed
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory standards
9. Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in distress
10. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of [State]
