Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner.

2. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges for customers.

5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their questions.

6. Provide support to sales team as needed.

7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

8. Recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

2. Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong problem-solving abilities.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
